We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated right next to Euston train and tube station, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. The hotel's proximity to the gardens was also a wonderful bonus, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful green spaces nearby. Furthermore, the breakfast provided at the hotel was wide and varied, ensuring that we started our day off on a delicious note. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay.

Exceptional service and superb location, great for our needs. Easy access from st pancras church. Local fast food option the pasty shop was 5 minutes walk away. Camden district won't disappoint you

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided complimentary drinks and free breakfasts when our rooms were not immediately available. The concierge service was also excellent, allowing us to store our bags while we explored the city. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and shops.

The rooms were not well soundproofed, as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the train tracks located near our room. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Useful stay as we had an early train to catch from St Pancras International

could not understand receptionist,towels stored in wardrobe why?.on site car park a joke.we have a range rover that has damaged wheels thanks to this ridiculous narrow storage/basement they call a car park.would never use this place ever again.

Great staff and superb location!

I recently visited a hotel in a bustling city and had an enjoyable stay. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more special. The hotel is located in an area that is easily accessible by public transport and there are many attractions nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. free Wi-Fi kept me connected at all times without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city for a short break.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and took some time, which was a bit frustrating. , the restaurant menu could have had clearer descriptions of the items offered.

Large comfotable room, ideal for a city break across the road from Euston station and the underground. We use taxi's to get around London as found them cheaper and more convenient than getting the Tube.

Very convenient for a short stay in the capital espoecially if you are going into Euston by train, it was near enough to walk and far enough not to be disturbed by noise

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was incredible, being right next to Euston train and tube station, as well as several other convenient tube stations. It made getting around London a breeze. The staff were exceptional, always busy at the reception desk and providing excellent service. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every request and gave great customer service. We were impressed with the room amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a dressing area. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were also a plus. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant and relaxing in the bar/lounge area.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

The location was quite good, (15 minute tube journey from main area) and the staff were reasonably friendly

The hotel was stuffy, the double room we had was overly cramped for the high price that we paid, the cleanliness of the hotel was questionable, the facilities were cheap and the hotel car park was dreadful with roadside parking a better if more expensive and inconvenient choice

The employees or the staff was very helpful and nice. The receptionists were very kind. By that I mean that they were interested in their customers wellness and so on. I enjoyed my stay at your hotel!

Although not hotels fault, the area close to hotel is a little run down with condemmed buildings.
